Kellie Payne

I identify myself as a highly skilled, compassionate, empathetic, and solutions-focused therapist dedicated to providing exceptional care and implementing effective treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults. I provide outpatient counseling services for both mental health and chemical dependency issues. My caseload ranges from those who are struggling to adjust to a new life situation to those managing persistent mental illness. My areas of interest include treating depression, bipolar disorder, chemical dependency, anxiety and panic disorders, PTSD, ADHD, victims of abuse, domestic violence, anger management, and schizophrenia. My primary treatment modalities are cognitive-behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, and supportive therapy. I enjoy offering coping skills to the individuals who I treat so that they will continue to have life-long skills to manage and maintain emotional and mental wellness. I believe that this is important in order to reach positive results more quickly, decrease the number of needed counseling sessions, and further prevent relapse with presented issue(s).  I have provided mental health services for twenty years. Kellie has been with Comprehensive Behavioral Health Services since March 1, 2013.
