Stefanie Fox, PMHNP-BC

Stefanie is a dually board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Ohio. A proud Toledo native, she began her nursing career at Mercy College before earning her graduate degrees from the University of Cincinnati.

Her background includes emergency medicine, hospitalist work, and extensive experience in both juvenile and adult correctional healthcare. She also has a strong foundation in treating substance use disorders and complex mental health conditions. Stefanie has a special interest in advanced lab testing and exploring how hormonal imbalances can impact mood, energy, and overall well-being  

When she’s not working, you can find her cheering on the Detroit Red Wings and Tigers, taking walks, catching a nap, being her fiancée’s passenger on motorcycle rides, combing the beach for lake glass, or scouting out new restaurants (she’s always open to recommendations).
